GREAT Run in the last 24 monthsGiven the spectacular rise in this share I am amazed there are still so many whining and crying about the outcomes. Dividends need to keep being increased as cashflow allows, but diverting some of that into buying up quality land has been a great initiative. FR was roundly criticised for buying U.S. property, but that move is certainly working out well, especiallysince they bought stuff near the bottom. This is a nice income stock, with what has been a great capital appreciation to date. It has grown so much that I am going to have to trim it to get back into proper balance, but that kind of trimming is really a VERY good thing.
I have no real idea where the top is but buying it at $5 and a bit and sellinga wack at $18 is not real hard to put up with. Biggest issue is to find something worthy to put the extra cash into.
