RE: CEO buying sharesthat's a bit misleading what you are posting. Why just lokkng at the period July06-January07 - because it's the most unfavourable for Parnham?)
In whole 2006 he bought 1,166,100 shares, sold 198,300 with a saldo of 967,800. Additionally he exercised 480,000 options @ .42$.
From July06-January2007 he bought 288,200 shares and sold 162,200 shares with a balance of 126,200 shares at an estimated average of 3.50$ equals 441,700 C$ just for the last 6 months + 201,600 C$ for the options exercise; that's 643,300 C$ he bought shares for. Don't know that many CEOs with that much faith in the own company.
As far as his trading activities are concerned he sold 100,000 shares (Paradigm added another 50,000 shares) to a fund who was looking for a 1,000,000 shares position (anchor position). Wouldn't regard this as trading - it's a courtesy.
As you appear to be an expert on insider trading, you may easily deliver some names of directors with higher insider soending throughout the last 6 months - thx for that.
To all - you should notice that the short interest in FSY as of 15/1/2007 went up sharply to 1,813,175 shares short from 831,050 shares short (plus of 982,125 shares). Not the first time that some basher show up in message board with short interests in that dimensions.
Bear in mind, Parnham bought 50,000 shares at 5.75C$ last Thursday - that's a clear signal.
