The company plans to build a hydrometallurgical plant in southern Canada to process NICO metal concentrates. Fortune also owns the satellite Sue-Dianne Copper-Silver-Gold Deposit located 25 km north of the NICO Project, which is a potential future source of incremental mill feed to extend the life.

RE:RE:pdacI believe, reading between the lines, that a deal as already been worked out. All that is needed is to work out the details. Fortune has hinted at this several tie in recent press releases. Again, fortune has a plan, and everything they have foreseen has materialized, give or take a few speed bumps.  I look at the company, when fully financed, will very worth about 1.6 billion in assists and implied value. That leads me to compare that market value to similar companies....leading me to believe Fortune will then be worth $ 6.19 per share.  If, of course, the stock becomes diluted, this presumption will change, but then again, once the mines are up and running, it could easily go the other way (up) with current metals pricing. 

Yup, I put it all out there. I have balls.
