Road to begin being built in 2019.The EA will reach its decision on March 30th. By the end of july/august latest the GNWT and the TIlcho GOvernment will have inked in the go ahead with their full blessing. The land and water permits will by approved by end of the year...beginning of jan/feb 2019. By then the job will have been awared to one of the three parties that have put a bid for it. The new feasibility will be at our disposal as well by then....financing will be inked in. Done deal.
