Yes, the new investors presentation 'looks' promising on paper. Execution is, however, a completely different story. Summer will be slow now given government shutdown in the NWT, etc.
Will be interesting to see if updated FS is released prior to end of August. If it does come out it makes for a short timeline to finalize financing unless the preferred partners are already close to signing contracts. For sure lots of options (30 potentials) - all of them with pros and cons.
However, in my opinion nothing earth shattering is coming any time soon, so it is a good time to enjoy the cottage, pool, or what have you!
