All true ....historically and from my following of, along the comments of many, I would say no on the mgt part however, as we all know, we are in uncharted waters with markets and have been for some time and it's continually changing for the positive just based on the resource.....maybe they will surprise us....so I am leaning toward the fact that positive events surrounding us and so many factors that is hard to mention, and given our resource ....management may no longer be the biggest factor to a deal.....what kind of deal?  .....now that is a question...but a deal or offer of some kind, has to be comming to this venture. 


we are far ahead of so many and all who are all in the same boat in terms of demand issues ....no one moves no one gets hurt .....but that has to change in the market. The big boys will beat the P--S  out of jrs to get what they want....it may very well come down to what kind of a beating will we take to make a deal....for those of us waiting for years, let's not get too desperate, we may not like what could come......
