EU on same page

We don't see a lot about it but our EU friends have same concerns on CM's and we and USA. The reference to DRC and abuses there are a story yet to fully unfold in the news. And that fact that China controlls most of it on the DRC. Alternate sources of Cobalt etc are out there and they will find us to be a good source along with other metals.
