RE:RE:Jrv is being halted I think it's important to us to follow other cobalts as there are so few viable opportunities outside the DRC that events elsewhere will have potential impacts on us, on different fronts.

For JRV Makes sense to ramp up the team with relevant people and this is the right time. I think JRV is made up of substantial ex GC excecutives as it is. They have great depth in the market and this is a good business planning given the purchase of a processing facility in Brazil.

the more the industry as a whole can show that there are viable options outside the DRC the more interest there will be in us and others on this side of the earth especially to NA and EU end users who are sensitive to the human and child rights issues in the DRC of which China controls most of the production from.

ramping up our BoD would not be a bad thing as we inch forward and so many factors coming together. We wait and watch with interest.
