RE:RE:Cobalt in medical industry Do you actually think that the rebel groups in the DRC who are black market fed with drugs and other illicit substances ( including that nice name of artisanal cobalt mining ) and activities could give a S--t about the counties revenues from cobalt and other mining ?? I am sure the governments of Lybia and Syria thought the same before thier face was cut off. The DRC has the same potential..... it's a huge problem and is the way that they get attention from the world by upsetting it.
Cobalt may not be moving today but we don't know what tommorow brings in this volatile and very fluid situation, it's a bit worse that running out of toilet paper in NA and we know what that did overnight as the shelves emptied.
Ft has been investing in this project as permits and being shovel ready does not come cheap. Not to mention recent geo surveys to potentially expand the resource and untold quantities could exist and enhance an already substantial deposit.
