Add these two who have deep roots in the NWT to the list as you can never ever count them out of any major construction development project in Canada / USA

my guess is one two or all four have been talked to at one point or another.

FT has to be at a stage where serious discussion would have been had, you don't develop a serious plan to a Finacier or partner without some one legitimate telling you about expected costs and construction schedules etc etc. The processing facility and the mine are projects ideally suited to be built in conjunction with each other.
