I am pretty comfortable with the idea I nor anyone here would have to point out such an obvious possibility to Troy or Robin.....  nor would one have to suggest to Kiewitt. my guess that convo has been had and if I was kiewit and not interested in financing or participation in that way, I certainly would be very intersted in the work.
