RE:How many years now have we been shovel ready?While I do agree with some of what you're saying Duke I disagree with the fact that we are shovel ready, because we are not, we do not have a refinery. Once we announce the refinery we are then shovel ready. In the past decade, when has both gold cobalt been priced so high? When has a critical minerals list been supplied by governments calling to the need to source raw materials? When in the past decade has there been such an urgency to secure domestic supply chains of these critical minerals that will help power our future economy?

my estimation is that the basis of our intrinsic value has not changed what has changed is the world around us that now requires what we have and now the price is right... and I hate to say it but timing is always everything in any deal in any circumstance in every transaction.
