What is it that…

France and the EU get that we don't ?? Or better said that we have not done yet ?? 

A measly 10 million to what was FCC that has no cobalt (ready to go) deposit, and even if the did...does not cut it interms of national security. 

what ever it is they get ( that we don't ) about nickel lithium and cobalt, they even put some 500 million of public money into it.... I guess they have a bit more concern of the future.

I can imagine what our Nico would be doing if it was in the EU somewhere and by now would be looking to expand it vs trying to get it off the ground. From our Coblat NEWS!!
