RE:RE:Goad speaks I don't know what the full WSJ article says but on the point of plug and play. I think that probably existed but as our optioned site comes to play we can see the new variables become more complicated in terms of determining development costs.
All I can think is, try hiring an engineering firm today and we need that to develop a new schematic of processing and all that revolves around that. The program today is like night and day compared to what it was. Our selected site is great on the face of things but integration of all the new design work required is where the hold up will be, ofcourse to factor in all the good things that should help to bring dev. And operation costs down and take into account the inflationary items.
will that take a year? I guess depends if we have engaged someone and that takes money.
If Things in market continues the way they are its not impossible that someone comes in to share that? We will see.
