RE:WHAT DO WE REALLY KNOW?

RE:WHAT DO WE REALLY KNOW?
We also know that:
  1. Goad is 64 years old. Not exactly a spring chicken.
  2. He has no history of, or ability to run a mining development operation. Any financier would insist on a new management structure, so he would have no real role going forward.
  3. He does have a history of very poor capital allocations and investment failures - Arctos and Revenue Silver.
  4. Despite being the founder and CEO only owns 1.53% of the company and so has a limited incentive to gain from a large share price movement.
  5. He has been paid many, many millions of dollars over the years. Here's his remuneration for the past three years alone:
            2021 - $331,362
            2020 - $304,316
            2019 - $356,500

All this is to say: Don't be so sure in assuming that his interests are in alignment with all the other shareholders out there. This has been a very lucrative piggybank for him for a very long time and he can exit in comfort at any point. At the end of it all, if NICO is seized and the share price goes to $0, he will suffer nothing for it. Maybe this debenture plan is just a quick way for him to get out into retirement. This project will succeed only due to the overwhelming market forces finally intervening on the rest of our behalves. One way or another we're at the end game now and it will all be over soon
