Major Projects Planned or Under Construction 2022 to 2032Each year Natural Resources Canada issues the attached report identifying major projects planned or under construction in each of Canada's provinces and territories. What's noteworthy in the recent 2022 report, on the page providing Northwest Territories highlights (p. 34), the NICO Cobalt-Gold-Bismuth Mine and the Taltson Hydroelectric Expansion Project have been explicitly mentioned, whereas in past years that was not the case. A small detail, but the project definitely has visibility and is recognized within the Federal government.
