Peanuts compared to what we will be giving VW to make what could be the largest battery plant in the world to be built in Ontario .... which will amount to billions. 

there is not enough cobalt in NA .... right now to support that plant ... I think key words are ... right now... it's gonna take a national and maybe cross boarder collaboration to do it, the feds know the inventory and who is ready now and what can be on board from Canada .... it's all here and there may be some kinda plan in this madness. 


Clearly the Germans are not stupid they know where the resources are and are looking a bit further,  than next month ... and to the future, they have us pegged and will take the tax benifits we offer their industries.
