Fortune Minerals Ltd is a Canadian mining and mine development company focused on developing the NICO Cobalt-Gold-Bismuth Copper Project in the Northwest Territories. The company plans to build a hydrometallurgical plant in southern Canada to process NICO metal concentrates. Fortune also owns the satellite Sue-Dianne Copper-Silver-Gold Deposit located 25 km north of the NICO Project, which is a potential future source of incremental mill feed to extend the life.

RE:2023 AMD&A and AAFS Are OUT TODAY !I would say it's a good sign that documents were filed with SEDAR today. Two new bits of info from the MD&A (p2):

1. "Testing has been done at Rio Tinto's Kennecott integrated copper mining and smelting operations and Fortune plans to conduct additional test work at SGS Canada" 

2. "The Government of Canada (the "GOC") has agreed to provide up to $714,500, on a reimbursement basis, towards Fortune's costs ..." < this likely explains why the government FT announcement was made this week (SGS Canada invoice likely already or about to be paid by FT)
