Fortune also owns the satellite Sue-Dianne Copper-Silver-Gold Deposit located 25 km north of the NICO Project, which is a potential future source of incremental mill feed to extend the life.

Fortune Minerals government money!The US Department of Defense, through the Defense Production Act Investment Office , announced the allocation of US$14.8 million (US$20 million) Canadian dollars) to Canadian companies Fortune Minerals Limited (“Fortune”) and Lomiko Metals, Inc. (“Lomiko”). Natural Resources Canada also announced additional funding of up to CA$7.5 million (US$5.6 million) for Fortune, and CA$4.9 million (US$3.6 million) for the Lomiko company, as part of the Canadian Critical Minerals Strategy of 3.8 billion Canadian dollars (2.8 billion US dollars). This investment builds on previous funding provided by the Government of Canada to these two companies to build resilient supply chains and drive clean economic growth.
