it is so obvious that refining is critical in canada if we are serious about EVs and Green infastructure. we absolutly cannot rely on china to do it for us! it is about securing our future in a Hostile world where hidden under a Globalization economy with china and russia amongst others ,, there is esp with china a desire to destroy and undermine western civilization and rule as much of the world as they can! Russia dosnt hide the fact they hate us! china wants us to love them while they cyber war us , yet there manufactoring depends on USA consumption? china supplies the majority of pharmacuticals as well as cobalt and other things we dont refine here in N america,, Graphite is another example,,, after reading that artical ,, waiting for the perfect storm agreement for Fortune with USA and Canadian Government involvment and a partner is much easier to stomach,,,, First week of Nov when we know the election results ,, if trump can 'pull one out" and win,, and he continues the trade war with china, We FT benefit,,, if Biden wins we benefit because of his 2 trillion Green plan Go Biden! much better for FT and the World !! ,, all my opinnion,, Cheers!
