It is a good article.....they way I see it the reforms in the DRC, if even possible, are a 25 or 30 year program at best. One thing you can count on with this is a propaganda program to show otherwise.

On IBA's. Dealing with property owners is delicate at best.  The owners know you need a deal, and the longer they can hold off and the more you sink into a project the better their barganing position is.  I have no doubt discussion have been going on for a while, and that both sides know a deal should be reached to benefit all.  The developer risks their assets, the property ...more

When FT makes a deal with some group, they will need Robin, Carl and Probably Dave to participate in that IBA process .... I don't see a big risk. Plenty of precidence out there and this may be a bit different, and to our benifit, especially if TliCho participates which I am also 99% sure they will want.
