FM Market cap = 30 million CAD.
ARCTOS HAS 500 BILLION of scarce, high grade anthracite.
For 18 million POSCO could repurchase the Arctos mine leases from the BC government. Both have spent hundreds of millions preparing the monster anthracite deposit.
Bring in the big boys to build the mine, give them a cut, and skim the gravy x 30 yrs. When FM's loan is called the vultures will swoop in and the FM shareholders can go fly a kite.
Who the hell needs FM?
What has FM brought to the table? Their credibility vanished into a 140 yr old worthless pit ......... 7 yrs ago!!
