Perhaps reopening with financing on advantageous terms, considering the goodies contained in the last federal budget and recent statements (grants, public and private loans, equity)!

And do the financials really matter?  Are they going to surprise us and say that they're NOT out of money?  And if so, what would $100k, or $1 m in cash mean for Fortune.  I don't think much, but there we go.
