Any news from AGM?

- what did you 'EXPECT' ? - they VOTED IN the 6 DIRECTORS - they CONFIRMED/HIRED the AUDITOR:  McGovern Hurley LLP - the NEW BODs ALSO SET the FEES for the AUDITOR - that is WHAT they DO at annual GENERAL meetings z173

An update on the SGS testwork that was delivered to their office April 8? Including an approximate completion date? They absolutely have this information. Or possibly an update on the AB site financing? I could be getting ahead of myself as this information could be imminent, but a simple project update NR seems appropriate for an AGM?

- that INFORMATION is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE and CONFIDENTIAL {SGS testwork} and will be HELD CLOSE to the CHEST - this information will be FED into the UPDATED feasibility study and will be SEEN by the FT shareholders once it is COMPLETED and POSTED on SEDAR - the JFSL property site ACQUISITION is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and will be HANDLED by a FT NEWS RELEASE ONCE it MEETS the MATERIAL disclosure

No ....sorry ... that is not accurate in terms of that is all that they do at AGMs - i just sat thru an AGM for a Yellwoknife gold project .... yes they went thru typical business but they also provided an update and had an open Q&A with participating shareholders on a live link - i could get to names but not tryting to pump anythomg - simpley pointing out that some companies are very good at

- Q&A and ELABORATE VIDEO PRESENTATIONS were USUALLY PART of the AGM but SINCE COVID have been DRASTICALLY REDUCED and some are REALLY STINGY and ALLOW ONLY REGISTERD SHAREHOLDERS and NOT the MUCH MORE NUMEROUS BENEFICIAL shareholders {through a BROKERAGE account} to PARTICIPATE z173
