RE:What a travesty

RE:What a travestyGuru here  almost had a heart attack when I agreed with CB69 on Ukraine but then I kept reading. So you don't like Quadravest raising the pref rate just like they have done for the last two years - seems like another due diligence failure on your part. So just to be clear you don't like the US bank part of the portfolio (40% of total) and you don't like the prefs paying a market rate but you're not bailing or to quote Thatcher "this lady is not for turning". You remind me of the angry old man shaking his fist at the moon why so angry?  Currently neutral on FTN having covered my most recent short too early but as you know I do have millions in FTN and FFN prefs so happy to wait for the next opprotunity. GLTA especially you CB you'll need it
CountryBoy69 wrote: Moserman refers to the Ukraine as if there haven't been wars , much more costly in the past and we will see in the future, no Canadian or American casualties in this one other than , if they were foreign volunteers,. Another Guru suggests that the Mouse is into his drinks, yep what l would expect from that loudmouth with supposed millions. I admit l am no expert but l lay the blame one hundred percent on the BOC the FED the Libs and the Dems. All of those organizations have systematically joined in an interest rate fantasy to , what destroy our respective economies , throw thosands out of their homes and jobs while in our country we import another million , but state there is a housing shortage of 3.5 million units. Only braindead morons elected by the stupid would vote for a party or parties out to destroy the Financial sector as well as the Economy in general as these incompetents are trying to do. I remember very clearly 1982 when interest rates went to 22 percent and people l knew lost everything from jobs , homes and businesses , but our Banks , first tier survived and thrived and will again. One last thing Quadravest increasing the prefer dividend are both irresponsible and l conclude selfserving. Let me guess , the. MGMT and family owns the prefs and let's stick to the commons and the folk who take the risk. I am not bailing but those collective HQ idiots and selfservers should stick their heads, well you all know where.
