FTN in realtime @ $17.96

Was easy to figure the UNIT NAV as holdings list was basically unchanged from JAn 31. Also the USD exchange is even with FEB 29 number.
Discount here is about 26 cents or so. Seems Brompton isnt the only split fund company that has discounted common shares.
FTN, FFN  and LFE are  all at a discount today.  BK and DFN trade at premiums.

I haven't seen this large of a share price discount to the NAV as long as I have been invested in FTN. I would not be suprised to see the NAV by the end of day today over $18.00+ I also agree that by ex-day this month we should break the $8.00 resistance with FTN.  Golferman

If we use $10, FTN trade at premium but if we use the real value of the preferred FTN.PR.A at $10.23, there is no premium.  Which is the real value to use?

The real value of preferreds is pegged @ 10$ doesn't matter where it trades. When Quadravest gives the month end NAV of the commons it is the Unit NAV minus 10$ for preferred.

All US & CDN bank stocks running big....should  break the  $18.00 NAV. Golferman
