Financial 15 Split Corp. is a mutual fund, which invests in a portfolio consisting of over 15 financial services companies. The Company offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders of Preferred Shares with cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in an amount of over 6.75% annually and to pay the holders of the Preferred Shares approximately $10 per Preferred Share on or about the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular monthly cash distributions and to permit holders to participate in all growth in the net asset value of the Company over $15 per unit, by paying holders on or about the termination date such amounts as remain in the Company after paying over $10 per Preferred Share. The Company’s investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

There is a flight to safety, if you have been watching what is happeing in the Red Sea, Some ships have to detour to avoid Yemen attacks on transport ships.  The US UK coalition reacted yesterday but this could also ignite a further conflict in the region, something the US doesnt want at the moment. 
if shipping is detoured, expect a rise in everything from oil to foreign goods like automoiles.

The other uncertanty is the war in Ukraine, as Russia falls into disrepair at home as workers just arent available,,,,

Interesting times we live in!



Less than a month ago I paid 10.08 for 30K  of FTN.pr.a now letting them go at 10.25+divi. Obviously they were a better buy sub 10 bought a fist full in the 9.50's last summer but if Quadravest is going to dump a bunch every three months or so I am happy to buy them. ps even the jokers that paid 10.21 are on side now GLTA
