Can anyone tell me when or if there is a monetary value for each one of those. Would be nice to attach a value, so far we are loosing more than 40% since that spin out deal, thank you

Tier One is in the process of being listed. Time frame is towards the end of Feb. At that time we will have to see what the value will be assigned. They will be doing a cash raise which should give a potential vale. Will have to wait and see

An offering is a good way for them to establish a price basis.

One of my brokers assigned a notional value of C$0.89 for each. (They can charge me a higher fee that way than if it was zero). I think they worked this out mathematically - implied by the US$45m combined value that the banks assigned to the SpinCos when the deal was done. In reality I'm expecting they'll each be at least C$2.00 when they launch tho.

Would love to see that .89 cents Canadian or lower.  I'm saving up for that launch, out of the gate would be nice to get in at lower end.  It will all have to do withwhat will be the shares outstanding after the capital raise. I'm emailing Ivan for all we who are waiting on the Peru assets from Auryn spin out. Asking that he send us all a kilo silver pour from the first run of

Some time ago I suggested that they spin out a royalty trust for Sombrero Resources. Need to do the same for Tier One. One percent off the top for all us original shareholders !
