Hecla taking another 5% of DV ...
Just a total guess, but I think Hecla buying another 5% chunk of DV at $0.65 works for both DV and for the hopes of an eventual takeover.
I "think" Hecla can probably buy up to 20% without triggering any takeover issues as a related party (others can comment).
So this is a way for DV to get another $10m for drilling, and Hecla gets a bigger toehold at lower price, if they plan to eventually launch a takeover.
Should be interesting to see what happens !
