RE: Loyalty Industry

RE: Loyalty Industry

Interesting buy at the end of the day on friday, raise the stock price to 2.5 was not a mercy buy of 1,000 but a 20,000 buy! Makes me wonder if someone knows something! As far as I am concerned this has been a long wait for a stock price to move. I keep telling myself this thing has to much going for it positively to get out!

I am guessing that management has not seen the stock price move on news in the fall, so they are waiting for a big news release or waiting for the day they become profitable, which could be soon.

As far as financing I dont like the option of a rollback like some people are saying, has to be a better way for shareholders than that, I thought they said last June a rollback was not needed at the company meeting!

In no way is this a shot Kings but I thought you talk to management often, but your last post seemed to be guessing on there way of paying off some of there debt consildation or a PP.
