RE: Financing

RE: Financing

We are coming closer to the big day (exiting creditor protection), one way or another.

Hard to say if anyone will  finance the company after all it went through. Would need some debt for shares deals done with creditors. There has to be a stronger business plan, than simply keeping the status quo.

New partnerships, etc. Maybe the reseller idea with Air Miles and Aeroplan together could spark things up. (If Air Miles allows such, and Aeroplan is ok with that). There's room for both programs in a shared capacity.

I think Futura has to link up with a bigger player where cross selling can occur. As management says, it has to be "integrated". It's up to Futura to show any frequent flyer program in North America that they have the connections to market their programs well.

It seems from all I have discussed and comments from posters on this forum, that shareholders will either be left with nothing or will make it big. And this is because Futura has to restructure big to get out the hole. No half measure will do.
