Bids for the sale of the company will be received until Nov 30, 2012. (There is provision for an investor willing to make an investment in the company, but I doubt this will happen). Too many ghosts from the past to carryforward Management will say the loyalty industry is unpredictable. This is the door they will leave by. If a sale then at what price? Need at least $11

I'll pay $1 and give current debt holders the right to buy shares at 10 cents up to the dollar amount of the money owed for a period of five years. In return all debts must be forgiven and Aeroplan must agree to continue to provide plan points at the agreed upon pricing. Finally, all employees must agree to work on a commission basis until such time as the company achieves profitability
