RE: i think we are for sale..... I'll pay $1 and give current debt holders the right to buy shares at 10 cents up to the dollar amount of the money owed for a period of five years. In return all debts must be forgiven and Aeroplan must agree to continue to provide plan points at the agreed upon pricing. Finally, all employees must agree to work on a commission basis until such time as the company achieves profitability for two consecutive quarters.
