Many reasons can explain those who are leaving....going out of business....new owners... Aeroplan not bringning more business.....
Im always saying to myself that someday they will do it right....but the signs ons are happening in a weird way ....where does that Connecticut come from......
If you can get the IR person on the phone , try to get something out of that guy or girl ..............
