Last season November 2011-March 2012 the stockbroke with tradition and did not go up. The rollback rumours, stated around May 2011 by the company, could have been responsible.

 

Also the stock never reached 1 to 1/2 cent like in the 4 previous years before staging a rally. The company had annual losses much higher than $2 million in 2007 or 2008? and the stock still had a run. I think the rollback concern is weighing on investors' minds I think this time.

 

Resignation of Mark plus the slow sign-ons late rin 2012 did not help things. Stronger key sign-ons in the coming months, along with the debt issue being resolved in the best interests of shareholders could help counter the negative bias. What news come out from now on, will be important.
