scanner, that is definitely incorrect regarding listing requirements. Shows how new you are at investing or lazy.

The halt is pending company news at the request of the company. IROC would be the halter if it were listing requirements.

 

I'm not saying the news is good or bad, but it really can't get much worse.  0 is the next step, so there is alot more upside than down.
