Holders of about $2 million worth of long-term debt have agreed in principal to convert to shares, if the shares are consolidated. (From a previous news release). So the total liability is reduced to about $8 million. Sale of tax loss could alsmot pay everyone off.

 

But then, do the $2 million debt holders want the company to continue as a reseller of Aeroplan or restructure into a clean shell for a new company to come in. The shares have to be consolidated in any event. Maybe more will convert if they know what the new company will be.

 

A lot of questions yet to be answered. And the answers will come in December.
