Unknowns... plenty of them. I expect another news release around January 18th. Probably about whether the CCAA porcess is being extended or a deal with bidders has been signed.
Trading of stock, my guess, not until the restructuring is complete and any rollback done. The update last week was not clear if the company will continue to be a reseller or is planning a new business via a merger. The possible extension of the CCAA deadline could mean the deal being cooked up is complicated.
So this could is more than simply selling-off the company or continuing with the loyalty business. I'm all for a new business, as they were clearly having trouble with being a reseller in 2012. They still have not found the solution to sluggish revenue growth.
