Working overtime

Working overtime

Working overtime on this stock before they delist it. Then the stock will vanish off the chart providers list. Found some interesting things which could help in picking stocks.

Large block trades are important, but not all of them. The block trade must be near (or at) the stock bottom. Also have to see what is going on in the background with various indicators. I also use Japanese Candlestick charts. A solid system of cross confirmation is best. Never rely on only one or two indicators.

My view on the buyer for Futura. Good luck. It won't be easy. First have to spend millions buying Futura, then must raise capital to continue operations, especially if they wish to expand into the US.

They will have a head start as Futura did all the leg work and set the foundation. But it will be interesting to see what happens. If they make good money, then Futura obviously missed something. But like Advantex and Futura these stocks can drop in a hurry. Aeroplan revenue growth was not great and the loyalty business is unpredictable.

If it's to be a new publically traded stock, maybe a good speculative play in the pennies. Or it could be a part of a larger company. Should find out this week. If they have found the magic formula, then maybe a good investment. The bidder must have excellent loyalty business know-how to survive.
