With the purchase of the processing unit , issuing 20m shares to the sellers and now cleaning up almost $2 million of debt by issuing close to 40 million shares to directors of the company, i am sure those 60 plus million shares will be issued at 5 cents. In saying all this how could they even think about a rollback, did the sellers of the processing unit know this was coming, I dont think so, do the debt holders who will receive shares of the company know a rollback is coming, they are idiots if they do know! I just cant see it!
There will be 250 million shares out after they pay the debit, does not bother me, they just need to keep signing these b2b contracts and we will be profitable soon!
