Differentiation

Aeroplan will help those who sign-up, in increasing their revenues. Aeroplan will add incremental revenues into the industry. It's not about one transport company having Aeroplan and the others don't. Rather its about all joining and all benefiting. by offering loyalty rewards.
The same idea I posted about regarding cars. Yes it may seem odd at first, that 4 dealerships on the same block have Aeroplan. But its not about competing with one another, but all gaining by joining Aeroplan. The critic may ask, what's the point signing on wiith Aeroplan if all my competitors have Aeroplan? This is the old way of thinking. Futura/Aeroplan are proposing a new better way.
