TSX:FUT - Post Discussion

Extremes

60,000 miles offered verses 2500 miles (offered by a car dealer). The two extremes. At 2500 miles Futura earns $125 for each car sale. At 60,000 it would be $3,000.

Offering  2500 miles will not influence my decision to buy a car. Seems like a wasted opportunity to forge stronger consumer loyalty.

Need 10X that = 25,000 for an Air Canada trip anywhere North America. That's not asking much.

Someone suggested giving Aeroplan miles for all trade-ins.

So I'm awaiting a reponse to my questions from the company. Difficult questions but ones whioch must be addressed.
