Aeroplan loan

This loan was from Aeroplan themselves to Futura. Can check on the documents filed with CCAA. This was shortly after Futura signed the reseller contract with Aeroplan.

 

Toronto, April 21, 2009 - The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. (TSX-V:FUT) (the "Company") today announced that it has completed a loan transaction in the amount of $750,000 with an arms length lender. The loan matures on December 31, 2010 and bears interest at a rate of 15% per annum

You're right. It's getting tougher to post only the sell side. I also noticed that not much is advertised on the US car dealer websites about their 4 frequent flyer programs. Estate Motors in NY State did have the best, but they have scaled down bigtime. Just offering the miles for tire purchases.   With no/little follow-up support from Futura due to thei debt problems, ...more

Yes. It does appear scary.    Those are not people who look like ants on the ground, they are ants. Is the airplane gliding dangerously low or has it never taken off?

Should David Campbell leave his job right now...and be replace...can it be done, considering how much money they have put in this thing ...is there a way out of this mess ???

Looking at the exhibits set before the court. What complex promissory note documentation. The general market did not buy into this venture in a big way except once via Wellington West in 2006.   Any confidence has been shaken with the creditor protection stigma. I don't know what coarse of action the courts will decide upon, and the company itself has to draw up a ...more
