LAST TAX LOSS DAY DEC 24 TH NOT TO-DAY
still waiting for the news coming out to=day which most won't like.

Not often news come out on a Friday. Yes you are right. Dec 24th is the last day for 2012 tax year transaction. I forgot to count Dec 31st as a business day. No matter what the news, it will be a tough pill to swallow, even if the company manages to survive. May take years to build up shareholder value.

No news release this week. I checked on SEDAR also. Last NR was the 3rd Q results on Nov 29th. As a matter of business courtesy, I don't expect any NR until all the signings are completed with bidders/investors.
