Advantex acquires Aeroplan assets

ADVANTEX ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION

Advantex Marketing International Inc. has acquired all of Futura Loyalty Group Inc.'s Aeroplan channel marketing assets as per Futura's restructuring under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.

We learned it the hard way.   Like Futura, too much debt for Advantex. Any current financing is by debt. They say this in their recent MD&A report. Buying out Futura was probably financed by debt.
