G & M Article - Fortuna faces pushback from retail investors

In my opinion Fortuna has proven that it can deal with mining risks.  Mtg. demonstrated their ability to handle problems/issues surrounding San Jose/Oaxaca, Mexico. No easy ride in mining.

G&M article indicates institutional shareholders will vote for deal.  With 50% of shareholders being retail, wondering what the current sentiment is as price action flat. Thoughts on whether there a trade leading up to the June 28 vote; as I suspect myself and many others got blindsided by this announcement. OTH Lindero really contributed financially this past quarter and within plans.

I'm expecting a modest bump in share price after transaction is ratified. Markets don't like uncertainty. It's a waiting game till the end of June. Positive August's earning report and increase in pm prices should really help.
