Issuing convertible debentures for the stated purposes, including repaying existing convertible debentures, does not seem to warrant such a drop. Yes a  more dilution is unwelcome, but the 20% drop seems extreme. Hoping for a 7.25 to 7.50 close

I agree with your comments. How do you see dilution? I read they are using the money raised thru convertible debentures to pay off existing debt and existing convertible debentures. What am I missing? Thanks

I think ss the name suggests the debentures being sold to raise funds for the various stated purposes can be converted into shares by the debenture holders at prices yet to be known. But again, some of the debentures are being sold to redeem what I assume are exisitng convertible debentures so that portion would not represent addtional dilution
