The Shorty Creek Project is located 120 kilometers northwest of Fairbanks, Alaska and four kilometers to the south of the all-weather paved Elliott Highway within the Livengood-Tolovana Mining District.

I don't recall private placements triggering a halt on companies generally speaking. I think there's pretty zero chance that that is the reason.

It is late in the day and late in the week too, combined with the downward pressure today kind of gives an uneasy feeling, guess we will just wait and see what it's about at this point.
