I think the broad markets are all treading water including gold and gold stocks/juniors, since there is so much uncertainty leading up to it.
So if you put yourself into management's position, considering the above, there is no reason for them to not hold off until after the election. If they have a strong PR, they do not want it getting lost in all the noise around the election. Makes sense? GLTA
