RE:RE:Gordon Steblin May be that's it., just some x-mas gift, nothing else to did up. But, this bring up another item on a possible shake-up. Just wondering if Uncle Eric still has full confident in the current management. There was some shake-up at SPA: One director just resigned (my reading: due to a low vote count at the AGM).he had 65% of the votes withheld (just wondering by whom). Ref. in 11 Dec NR, link below

...and the only person that could swing that would be ES with his large block of SPA shares.
Even though the AGM has passed, any shareholder with an influential block of shares could initiate a "Special Meeting" to shake the company up, i the shareholder is not satisfied with the company performance. Usually, it would not come to that, but the noises created by a potential revolt would be enough to trigger some major change. So, FVL pay more attention to PR. At least, try to provide enough news/activities updates to shareholders.
Just trying to speculate the potential events in the future a bit.
